One of their major annual highlights is participating in the renowned Nuremberg Christmas Market, one of the oldest and most famous Christmas markets in the world, drawing tourists from around the globe. "At the Christmas market, we have like 200-250 customers per day, increased customer traffic by 30% -35% compared to before" she notes.

The F1's presence at the Christmas market has not only boosted sales but also drawn in curious visitors fascinated by the engraving process. "Many people are interested in the machine. They love to see how we do this." Kerstin adds.

The ability to offer unique, personalized products really set them apart and attracted a diverse customer base, from local residents to international tourists. With the success they've had with xTool F1, Kerstin and her husband are now looking to expand their technological arsenal even further.
