Curing Oven

Before the transfer of design, the film needs to be baked and dried. Step 5: Heat Pressing

Step 6: Peeling off the Film

Wait until the transfer is cooled down, and then peel off the DTF film.

1. Avoid frequent washes and uses, for the design may crack or peel over time, especially with frequent handling or washing.

2. Make a wise choice of item surfaces. DTF works best on smooth, non-porous surfaces. Avoid textured or insulated mugs, as the adhesive may not bond well.

3. To achieve better adhesion, you can apply heat to the cup more than once.

4. Before applying to your final product, test the process on a similar surface to ensure the design adheres properly.
