We received the air assist module with our S1 purchase. It is a game changer. It allows the laser to cut cleanly and very efficiently. Minimal to no scorching on the cut surface. Beautiful results and some of the cleanest cuts on wood that we have seen from a laser. Should be a must item when purchasing an S1. Thanks for awesome tools and accessories XTOOL!

This compact device was designed not only to assist the laser but also to minimize noise as much as possible. Just remember to set the dial to ‘Auto’ if you want to avoid the motor running continuously. The vibration-absorbing legs are a fantastic touch!

I was a little upset that my M1Ultra did not come with air assist. Air assist is a must when you laser-cut wood. The difference between in cuts before and after air assist are all the evidence you need to get one :D. This unit is very pretty, shiny, quiet and comes on automatically! Installation is super simple and it works flawlessly with my M1U. I recommend! A++
