The P2 and F1 Ultra are both great in build quality, well packaged, easy to use and a lot of resources for you to learn and their pre-sales and after sales services are helpful, I'm very happy with upgrading to these two machines from a toy like diode laser

My wife got her first unit recently, unfortunately we ordered prior to the p2s cut off but all the same she loves her unit. uses it to make all sorts of things. The software is very user friendly and the unit worked almost perfect right out of the box. There was a small amount of adjustments needed but got those completed in a jiff. My one line of feedback is that there should be a list steps for the process of filling the tank with water and coolant. When I went through the checklist it indicates that there are two pours of the liquid but it doesnt show the step of turning unit on in between them until you flip to the next page so it is very easily overlooked. Overall though extremely happy with the unit and the set up. cant wait to use all the different features and working with the add ons we got with the system.

Tried it at my friend and got very enthusiast about the P2. Ordered it already.

I'm no laser noob, I've been burning items for over a decade, and everything I wanted my machines back then to do, Xtool nails it! I'm putting together my next order of at least two more F1 Ultras with conveyor belts to maximize my productivity. I'm officially a fan!

Was not disappointed. I researched a lot before taking the plunge. This machine was a bit more expensive. But it is true, you get what you pay for. Do the research watch the tutorials and you will find that this was a great investment in your small business or hobby.
