I got the D1 Pro 10w and it has been a great starter laser. I have since powered up with the S1 40 w but still use the D1 when I want to just engrave and when I have a big order to fill.

I've had mine for over a year now. I wanted to write an honest review. At first I was set on purchasing a Glowforge, I kept waiting and waiting trying to see
If it was right for me. The xtool came out of nowhere. I was very intrigued. I must admit the purchasing was a little confusing and the shipping confusing a well. Packing very nice and instructions somewhat easy to follow. Lots of videos on YouTube. I did have a screw to strip in the laser head in first few months but customer service quickly replaced it. The rotary tool is a little tricky. Even after a year I'm still learning.
My laser journey is starting with M1. Because I love the camera function and usable with desktop print in living room. Then I bought the D1 Pro at promotion .
I love D1 Pro now. Easier then M1 and I add the extension. My laser machine journey is more happy.
This machine is amazing, I have learned how to make everything from earrings, different shapes for magnets, to fully engraved wall signs. This has is definitely going to be great for my business.
