PRODUCT INFORMATION

- Professional quality puff plastisol screen printing inks - The brand of choice for professional screen printers, the premium inks provide vibrant colors and excellent coverage. Puff plastisol ink for screen printing fabric can be used with xTool Heat Press to produce a nice puffing effect when heated.
- Applies easily and delivers smooth uniform coverage with no clumps - ideal for beginners and pros alike. Long-lasting and durable, it can be reprinted all the time when the plastisol ink is uncured, with a minimum of 50+ reprints.
- Plastisol ink needs to be used with PTFE Teflon Roll. Whether you're printing on clothing, accessories, or other items, plastisol screen printing ink is the perfect choice for adding a personal touch to your projects. It's great for creating customized gifts for any occasion. It can produce a touchable soft and vibrant finish that once cured is permanent and meant to last.
- Easy to use and process. Plastisol screen printing ink is incredibly easy to work with. Before use, simply stir the ink to ensure smooth consistency. After screen printing, you can use xTool Heat Press or surveyor dryer, flash dryer, or heat gun for fast curing.
-
It is recommended to do two printings: the first printing should involve a stronger printing force to allow a small amount of ink to come into contact with and adhere firmly to the fabric (achieving deeper penetration). For the second printing, a weaker printing force should be used to allow a relatively larger amount of ink to come into contact with the fabric as much as possible. You can choose two ways for heat curing:
- a. It can be used with xTool Heat Press (320°F, 30S). Put a piece of PTFE Teflon paper or silicone paper on the ink surface to prevent dirt on the machine stamping surface.
- b. Baking parameters: 320 ° F, baking 2-3 minutes.
- You can simply rinse your screens and tools with plastisol ink thinner.
- Suitable for use on dark-colored fabrics for better results. Ideal for printing on a wide range of fabrics, including but not limited to cotton, linen, polyester, blends and so much more.
- Attention: Since the ink tank will be larger than the actual capacity of the ink, there will be a phenomenon that the ink will not fill the tank. Please note that the final puffing effect may vary depending on the amount of ink used and the time and temperature of heat curing and that too little or too thin an amount of ink may not form a puffing effect.
