these are great tumblers using the preset settings in xcs they come out really well

This tumbler engraved very nicely without any difficulty. I used the recommended settings from the XTool website. The handle came off and went back on without any issues using the included stub nose screw driver.

I would recommend this product to any maker doing tumblers.
