- Undergoes full functionality testing, where any defective modules are replaced;
- Is put through a thorough cleaning and inspection process;
- Is repackaged (including appropriate manuals, and parts);
- Undergoes the same basic testing procedures and is assessed with the same technical guidelines as new xTool products;
- Some of the refurbished products may have slight signs of wear, which will not affect the normal functionality of the machine. Return requests for such reasons will not be entertained.
The warranty policy for xTool's new products also applies in xTool good refurbished products. (However, refurbished products can only be exchanged for refurbished products, not new products).

- Your package hasn't been shipped: In this circumstance, please email us at vicky@info.xtool.com to issue your order cancellation request within 12 hours. This is the fastest way you can get your order refunded. You are suggested not to open a chargeback, because your refund will thus be delayed, and a portion of the handling fee (charged by your paying bank) will be deducted from your refund by your bank.
- Your package is on the way: In this circumstance, please email us at vicky@info.xtool.com to intercept your package by vicky@info.xtool.com as soon as possible. You will receive a refund for your purchase price and pay us the costs such as interception fees and additional duties incurred. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of package interception.
- Your package has been received: Once the package has been confirmed and signed for, you will not enjoy the current xTool official store return/refund policy. And the replacement policy is valid, however, refurbished products can only be exchanged for refurbished products, not new products).

Adopted industrial grade structural design, the movement accuracy of xTool D1 can incredibly reach 0.01mm. With 0.08*0.08mm ultra-fine compressed laser spot, always show the best details whether engraving or cutting.
Industrial Grade ALL-STEEL Wheel & Shaft
Different from the plastic steel of other laser machines, the ALL-STEEL wheel & shaft allow xTool D1 to work with a higher precision of 0.01mm. In addition, it supports more than 100,000+ times of sliding and has a lifetime 3 times longer than that of the plastic wheel.
Tension Wheel & Synchronous Belt
By tightening the synchronous belt with the tension wheel adjuster, the movement gap is well eliminated, the machine vibration is reduced and the movement stability is improved, so that the engraving remains accurate even at high processing speeds.

This is 2nd rebuilt laser and they both are great. I would buy another if I had room for it. Both of them are like brand new one. Thank you Xtool for making a great product.
Just like buying a new one. Looks and works great, no problems with assembly. Very well packed! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another refurbished product.
I got the refurbished 5w so that I could get the fine detail with the smaller laser spot on the 5w but still be able to upgrade to the 20w or 40w for metal engraving and deeper cutting. Very happy with the device. Came packaged like it was new and see no evidence of wear from previous use.
Grandkid wanted to make his teacher a keychain. Still new at this but turned out good.
This works so nice. The D1 is very easy to use. Even an OLD Guy can use it. I would never try this stuff in the past because I'm not very good with computers, but so far it has been fairly easy. And the machine engraves wood very nicely. I will be doing some tile in the future.
