The cards were shipped and delivered timely, and the product I received was just as advertised. Sleek, beautiful, and easy to etch on! I ordered the black ones and they came out beautifully and easy to clean up. I do recommend being careful, they do scratch up easy, so make sure to clean them with something non abrasive. Will be buying more in the future!

Been busy experimenting with my new D1pro 20w. So far just been engraving and its really a nice machine. Fit and finish is excellent and it works great. Would like more detail on XCS software...hot keys and commands, etc. But very well satisfied with my purchase so far!!

Combine it with the smoke purifier and you are set!

I do not really have any other laser heads to compare it to. If you clean it after each day of heavy use, it works great. As with every tool make sure the lens stays clean. I have 2- 20w and they both run 5-8 hours a day off and on. Great so far !!!

Mine stopped working after 4 or 5 hours of use. But your support is being helpful. I guess I'll update this after we see this through.

Still learning on how to use it right now I am having troubles getting Light burn program to communicate with the xtool D1 Pro. It is well built seems to be very accurate just have to learn all the ins and outs about the tool I’ve never used a tool like this before hopefully in the future it gets easier for me

We purchased the Xtool D1 pro in golden red and it looks amazing! We have been cutting products and selling items with zero issues. The set up, ease of use, and performance are outstanding! I am so glad we purchased this product over some of the more expensive manufacturers. If you are thinking of getting a laser I can’t recommend Xtool enough! The quality for the price can’t be beat!

Bought the 10 watt D1 pro and oh boy am I glad I did. So much fun. This thing is awesome. I will say the air assist is an absolute MUST if you plan to cut wood. The difference in cut lines is insane. 1/4 inch birch plywood in one single cut. I've attached a photo of the difference with and without air assist. Still working with the RA2 rotary attachment but so far, I'm very impressed. This machine is perfect for the hobbyist (like me). Been 3d printing for years and let me tell you, the 3d printing along with a laser cutter/engraver like this one is amazing. You can make anything and everything. The xtool creative space is great but I would still recommend spending the 60 bucks on lightburn. But the machine, air assist and rotary attachment are the best money I have spent in a long time! Do yourself a favor and BUY ONE! You're reading this review because you're curious and wondering if it's worth the money. It ABSOLUTELY 100% is.

This is an awesome product that really compliments the D1 Pro. The build quality is amazing.

I would offer some suggestions to improve on the product. If there was a kit included with the Honeycomb that attached it to the machine to be able to keep locations consistent that would be amazing.

Another accessory idea would be to make an adjustable frame for the bed that would allow up and down travel of the honeycomb bed. This would allow the extension legs to remain on the machine and offer more flexibility when using the rotary attachment.
