This new machine is not only a laser cutter, it is also a Cricut, it is also an actual printer, like straight up it is going to print and then cut!
It takes up a smaller space in my craft room. There are tons of options with this machine, and it's all in one.
After the inkjet module finishes printing, the M1 Ultra automatically changes to the knife module and cuts out the graphic.

M1 Ultra is a versatile craft machine. Lightburn is primarily designed for laser use, and connecting it would disable many features and result in a poor experience. Please use our official XCS software for the best performance.
It can print on fabrics, boards, printing paper, and other materials. However, it cannot print on very dense or smooth surfaces, such as metal, glass, and ceramics, because the ink cannot penetrate or adhere. These materials can be processed after applying a suitable ink coating.
The M1 Ultra can be a bit daunting after unboxing and setting it up. And granted, there is a lot to learn given the number of heads, accessories and materials...but as you start to get handle on the machine and its software, you begin to understand how much you can create. The possibilities are almost limitless.
This is my first ever laser, cutting machine. The part that took the longest was unboxing and finding a nice place to set it down.
I recommend starting out using the application on your computer. It was a lot more user-friendly than the app on the phone but now I understand what I’m doing. I feel like it’ll be a lot quicker.
Super happy with the design and what I will be able to do in the future. If you want an introductory laser cutter that does more than just lasering I would definitely get the M1 Ultra!!
Can’t say anything negative about the M1 Ultra. All the functions makes it easily my favorite machine. I use it more than my P2
The Xtool M1 Ultra is a robust, user-friendly machine. I am still learning my craft but it is easy to find tips on the website or on FB group for answers to your questions. I can't wait to make the most out of this machine.
